TeeMates Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TeeMates mobile application (“App”) operated by TeeMates Inc. (“TeeMates,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TeeMates. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• TeeMates may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the community.

3. Use of the App

• Use TeeMates for lawful purposes only.
• Treat other users with respect.
• Do not post or share content that is abusive, offensive, or discriminatory.
• Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App or its servers.

4. Chat and User Content

Chat is limited to participants of an active round. All round and chat data are automatically deleted when a round ends. You retain ownership of the content you create but grant TeeMates a limited license to display it for the purpose of operating the App. We reserve the right to remove content that violates community standards or applicable law.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Premium subscriptions are processed securely via the App Store or Google Play Store.
• All billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed through your app store account.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or store policy.

6. Advertising

Free users may see ads through Google AdMob. Ad content is controlled by Google, and TeeMates is not responsible for external links or third-party content.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and handle your data.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and trademarks within the App are owned by TeeMates Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use them without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TeeMates is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeeMates is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

You may stop using TeeMates at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or cause harm to other users or the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
